Technical Info Bits & Pieces

The Video Tutorials are compatible on both MAC & PC formats. Please read the information below if you are having any difficulties with viewing any of the video tutorials.

Step 1 - You need the Latest Free Flash Player

To view the video tutorials you will need to have the flash player installed on your computer. It's a free download from adobe. Download it and install it then reboot your computer.

Step 2 - Use the right Web Browser

We have tested a number of different web browsers for our site & tutorials on both Mac & PC systems and by far FIREFOX is the best choice. It's a fantastic browser that we believe is far better than Internet Explorer. Download a copy now for free for the ultimate Pro Photo Secrets Experience!

Should you choose to use Internet Explorer you will still be able to view the videos fine. Sometimes their security settings are overkill and depending on the way they are set up on your machine may prevent the flash videos from playing.
