Q. How long has Pro Photo Secrets been operating?
A. Pro Photo Secrets has been operating online creating the best video tutorials around since February 2005.
Q. Can I get a tracking number for my order?
A. No, we do not provide tracking numbers for orders. If you require a tracking number you will need to contact us PRIOR to ordering so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote. Please note: Courier, door-to-door services cost between $35-$45 USD per single CD/DVD for international orders.
Q. My Credit Card Keeps Getting Declined, What can I do?
A. With credit card fraud and internet security a key concern for many people we have employed the latest and most rigid internet security with our shopping cart and merchant. Banks are also now more and more aware of these issues too.
Because of this sometimes valid credit cards will be declined for what appears to be 'no reason'. If you have tried to order a product from us and find that your card is repeatedly being declined please contact your bank or card issuer and advise them you are attempting to order from us 'online'. Generally this will resolve the issues as many banks have very strict criteria for online purchases and will then allow your purchase to be approved.
Please note: We take credit card fraud very seriously. All fraudulent orders will be declined and refunded and any future purchases from our company will be permanently banned.
Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A. All our physical product orders are shipped from our Australian office within 48 hours from the time the order has been received. (Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday)
Orders within Australia can generally be expected within 2-4 business days from time of order.
Orders from countries outside of Australia can generally be expected within 7-10 business days from time of order. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.
Q. Can I order Adobe Photoshop directly from Pro Photo Secrets?
A. Yes! Currently we are only able to sell the Adobe suite of products to clients in the Australia / Asia region.
Q. Can I pay in Australian Dollars?
A. Yes! We are accepting Australian Dollars (AUD$) as well as USD for almost all products.
Q. What is the difference between Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Elements?
A. Elements is the little brother to Photoshop. Although it is the little brother it still has many advanced features and is a very powerful photo editing piece of software. Some limitations include Channels, Curves and CMYK functionality.
Q. The Videos on my CD just come up blank?
A. You need to download and install the latest flash player from the adobe website: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Q. Are my credit card details safe?
A. Yes! we are using the highest available online security and encryption to ensure the safety and protection of all data on our site with the latest 128-bit encryption to ensure your personal details are never compromised. As per our privacy policy we will never rent, sell or lease any of our clients details to anyone under any circumstances unless required to do so by a court of law.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. If you would like to cancel your membership you can simply phone, fax or email our office to have your membership cancelled (allow up to 24 hours for it to be processed or on weekends 48 hours).
You will need your FULL NAME and your EMAIL that was used when you joined the ultimate photoshop inner circle ;)
If you are unable to phone or fax our office you may email with your request to have it actioned within 72 hours. If you are aware of the merchant that you used when you joined up that will also help us e.g. Paypal, Worldpay or 2Checkout.com.

Q. If I cancel my membership will I still have access?
A. Once you cancel your membership your access to the private members only website will be removed. Cancelling cancels your access to all the member benefits including all the videos in the members only area of the site and you will forfeit any remaining time for the month you may have left.
Q. Do you accept Paypal payments?
A. No, But - If you’re super desperate and you only have Paypal contact us direct and make a special request with some cool story why you want to use Paypal to purchase all our cool stuff!
Q. Can I upgrade from a Monthly Membership to Yearly?
A. Absolutely! Simply go to www.prophotosecrets.com/main.htm select the 1 year option and completely the checkout process. Once your order has been processed successfully email us to have your monthly membership cancelled.
Q. How can I edit my account information?
A. To edit your information first, login to the Members Only area of the site. Once you have logged in then click on the 'Edit Personal Info' link in the top left section under 'Account Options'.
If you need to have your 'email' changed contact us to have it updated manually on the system.
If you need to have your credit card details updated you can either phone our office to have one of our staff call you to update it or email us with your return phone number for us to call you. If you joined via Paypal originally you will need to login to your paypal.com account and update your details on their system.
Q. What will show on my Credit Card statement?
A. Good question! If you've ordered from us in USD$ your statement will show: 'WP-Pro Photo Secre' and if you ordered in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) it will show 'Pro Photo Secret'.

Q. How do you view credit card chargebacks?
A. Very seriously! Infact we put them in the 'Fraud' category and we take any kind of fraudulent activity VERY VERY seriously. If a chargeback is issued against us we will contest it and then immediately notify the authorities including the Federal Police. What information do we provide them with? We provide them with your full name, address, telephone number and of course your IP address(s) from our server logs and the shopping cart logs.
With this information charges may be laid and severe penalties and fines can be issued. Plus, we will also blacklist your email, name, address and IP address so that you will NOT be able to EVER order from us again.
So, if you have a question, any question in relation to being billed from us contact us first and we will happily assist you and sort out the problem if there is one. It's really simple and we're actually very nice people!
